Nursery/Montessori/Daycare Online program

Within 2 weeks of picture day*, parents are able to review their students portraits. Parents place orders directly with Stone Photography, and we ship their order directly to their home (mailing fees apply).

• Schools are not required to distribute packages, collect payments or return packages
• Parents get to preview their student portraits online before purchasing
• Many options available, with different packages, digital files and products
• Packages are shipped directly to home and won't be accidentally lost or damaged by young students on their way home
• Stone Photography can supply your school with email graphics for picture day reminders.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Schedule your picture day (and rain date if applicable) with Stone Photography
2. 4 weeks before picture day, you can receive an optional picture day promo email from us for parents.
3. 2-4 weeks prior to picture day, the school sends student data to Stone Photography. Stone Photography never sells client data.
4. Stone Photography photographs your students on picture day
5. Within 2 weeks*, parents are emailed their access information on our secure website
6. Parents order

OPTIONAL/ INCLUDED FOR THE SCHOOL

1. Complementary teacher copies of class photos/composites (for any teacher who appears in the class photos)
2. A yearbook disc or digital download with digital files for school use only
3. Optional custom School IDs for a low price for staff/students.

OUR TRADITIONAL MEMORY MATE PROGRAM IS STILL AVAILABLE.

We offer outdoor, indoor and green screen options for backgrounds.

* timeline does not apply to green screen portraits. Green screen portraits will be available online within 21 days of picture day due to processing time. Processing time may be longer depending on time of year.
